Your details serve your purchase request. Here you'll find out which data is needed for this and which services are used.
This is a non-binding English translation for convenience. The German version is the legally authoritative one.
1. Controller and contact

2. Hosting and operation
The website is operated via Infomaniak Networks SA, Switzerland (see item 4). The guided assistant processes your text input in your browser window's memory until you send a request or reload the page.
3. Details for your request
We collect model, variant, first registration, mileage, condition, desired price and preferred handover. The chat does not accept images or file attachments. At the end, we ask for your name and preferred contact method: phone or email. After that, only the chosen contact detail is needed. You can review and change all details before submitting. The purpose is to assess your vehicle and make personal contact to arrange a possible purchase.
Please do not submit ID documents, vehicle papers, payment details or images of identifiable people. Our team makes the vehicle valuation and the decision on a purchase; the assistant does not make a binding automated decision.
4. Hosting with Infomaniak
The website is hosted with Infomaniak Networks SA, Switzerland. When you access it, technical connection data such as IP address, time, page accessed and browser information is processed to deliver and secure the website. Web hosting is operated in Switzerland. 5. Email delivery via Resend
After your explicit approval at the end of the request, vehicle details and contact data are sent via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to the Auto-Center's mailbox. Resend processes the content as well as delivery data for this. This involves a transfer abroad, in particular to the USA. Privacy policy, data processing terms and Resend's subprocessors.
6. AI replies via OpenAI
Free-text replies use exclusively the OpenAI API. Only after a separate notice and your consent is your message, together with limited conversation history and vehicle details already provided, transmitted to OpenAI. Your separate contact details are not sent along. With vehicle research enabled, OpenAI may run web searches for model and technical data. Personal details should not be used for this. So please don't write personal or confidential information in free-text questions either. You can instead enquire by phone at any time.
OpenAI involves a transfer abroad, in particular to the USA. API content is not used for model training by default. Safety logs may generally be retained for up to 30 days; statutory exceptions and differing features remain possible. The application does not request permanent storage of answers; this does not remove the provider's safety logging. OpenAI: API data processing.
7. Cookies, Google and external links
To limit AI web searches, the server uses a necessary session cookie (ace_session, at most 24 hours). Monthly search counters and hashed session identifiers are stored outside the public website directory, without conversation content. At the start of the next month with search use, the old counters are replaced. The website itself does not set analytics or advertising trackers and does not permanently store request progress in the browser. Technically required functions of the private deployment platform are governed by its own terms. On your first visit you can allow AI replies and Google reviews separately, or choose only necessary functions. Your choice is stored with timestamp and version number under ace-privacy-v2 for up to 180 days in local storage, as far as your browser allows. No request or contact data is stored in it. Under "Privacy settings" in the footer you can change your choice at any time and withdraw consent for the future. This does not retroactively delete data already submitted. Without AI approval, no free-text question is sent to OpenAI; the guided request remains usable. Sending via Resend additionally requires approval at the end of the request. After enabling the Google connection and your approval, our server queries the Places API for the rating average and reviews. For displayed author images and source attribution, connections from your browser to Google may occur; technical connection data is transmitted in the process. Google also processes data outside Switzerland, in particular in the USA. The live connection to Google reviews is not yet activated. Google Maps' terms of use additionally apply to Google Maps content. Reviews are shown unaltered as a selection provided by Google; their statements originate from the respective authors.
8. Retention and your rights
Request details are not stored in a dedicated database but handled in the Auto-Center's operational email mailbox, only for as long as necessary to process the request. If a purchase is concluded, the relevant statutory retention obligations also apply.
Under applicable data protection law you may in particular request information, correction and deletion; statutory retention obligations and other legal requirements remain reserved. 9. Open items
Hosting, email delivery via Resend and AI replies via OpenAI are active. The connection to Google reviews is not yet activated. A dedicated privacy contact email as well as the specific guarantees agreed for transfers to the above providers in the USA are being added on an ongoing basis.
